Is it legal ?

The primary use of the website is the statistics about what kind of content is monitored.

Is it 100% reliable ?

Absolutely... not. A tracker can send many IPs but some are not sent. In other case, trackers can have disconnected IPs. To really check if the peer is here, we should do a handshake, but it would take long time to process many torrents.

How much time it takes to check a torrent ?

Few minutes if the hash is correct.
